Origins

After 20+ years in the casual games market and hundreds of games shipped, veteran game developer Yohami Zerpa incorporated Gamebop GmbH and recruited an A+ team with the mission of creating instant games to distribute on the existing social platforms (Facebook, Snapchat).

After becoming the #1 games provider for Snapchat with over 20 games developed for the platform, plus a handful of high quality games created for Facebook in collaboration with Playco, Voodoo, Kongregate and others; it became evident that the future of social gaming required a switch in paradigm:

A social network / messenger built around the human desire to play games with others, with every feature tuned to facilitate this interaction, and hosting a healthy amount of quality games.
